In many ways staying alone is a lot better than being with any roommate. Because you wouldn’t be under any scrutinizing pair of eyes. And most importantly you don’t have to answer anyone for anything. Well it does come with some flaws also. For example, when you are sick and cannot move an inch, there won’t be anyone to mother you! But the positive side of staying alone are many. Like, you try to expand your own limits and become a better person. Wisdom and modesty in your also doubles. Here are some ideas that you can apply in your weekend and have fun all by yourself:

Order lavish food and desserts online:

This is perhaps one of the fanciest things to do on a weekend. We all work hard and earn money to lead a good life and there is nothing wrong in just being lazy in a weekend. The whole must have been a tiring one and you want to relax with your glass of wine and watch your favorite TV show and movies! There are plenty of options to get food and cake delivery in Melbourne or Sydney to make you feel really like a prince/princess.

A Long Walk into the Woods:

Do you see Nature now as you used to in your childhood? People grow up and get busy in many things and then loose those childish innocence to look into things. In this upcoming weekend, wake up at around 4 or 5 A.M. in the morning and take a long walk into the woods and explore nature a bit. Morning air would soothe your soul and give you a refreshing feeling.

Experiment in Kitchen:

The best part about staying alone as said above is “no one would judge you”. One of the most beautiful way to spend your weekend is to experiment in the kitchen. You must have your mom’s recipe of chicken or your granny’s fish curry recipe. Bring the essential elements form market and bring out that creative cook in you. Minus some ingredient or add something new into the already mentioned recipe and experiment with spices. Once the dish is ready, click some nice pictures and paste it in kitchen wall – you would always feel motivated looking into these images.

Long Bath and Beauty Regimen:

Weekend means you don’t have any pressure of work on your shoulders and that’s why relaxing is very important. Essential oils, aromatherapy candles, floral extracts, natural scrubbers, spa lotion and mask, Ayurvedic face pack, and home-made hair pack should be ready to pamper you. Enjoy this lovely self-pampering session. As you don’t have to rush for the train or bus, you can soak yourself into a spa bath as long as you wish.

Travel Alone:

Travelling alone is the best kind of weekend activity you can do. Choose any nearby area and do whatever you wanted to do. Take long walks in the new place to know the local language, culture, and food. Come back to your hotel room and write a blog on the day and publish with nice pictures.
