Hello everyone!

I wanted to tell you a bit about how to concentrate better not only with the studies but also with the rest of the things that we do in our day to day. To do things well we need to be focused only on what we are doing, I bring you five techniques so that we can concentrate better on what we want:

The first of them is sleep. Our body needs to sleep at least 8 hours a day so that it is relaxed and apart is good for our health, when we are in exams or we have a lot of work it is difficult to sleep well. Experts recommend sleeping between 7 and 8 hours but above all at night. A good trick to get a good night’s sleep is to not have dinner before you leave, that is, leave in the middle a couple of hours for the digestion to take place.

The second is meditation. Yes, you are reading well. I have read that one of the things that helps a person focus better is meditating every 10 to 20 minutes. Not only does it help to relax you but it also helps develop the ability to concentrate, reduce stress, anxiety and social phobias.

The third is to have the workplace organized, and why this? You will see if we maintain our well-ordered work / study site will mean that the ideas that are in our head are well organized. On the other hand by having it organized we will know where we have all our things and where to find them. We can use different methods:

  •  Organizers or boats
With them we can organize our sheets, the letters we receive and a lot of other things. For pens, pencils and all utensils it is best to have a couple of boats in our work area.
  •  A trash
If you do not have it, put it on. It is important to eliminate everything you no longer need, whether spent papers or felt-tip pens.
  • Diary
Having an agenda at hand is good to know everything you have to do during the day, to eliminate everything you have already done or to point out new ideas.

The fourth does not do several things at once. For greater concentration, it is best to go one by one and not all at once. In this way you will pay your full attention to what you are working at this very moment. They have done some research on this and say that it is much more productive to focus on a single task than doing several times (multitasking). The multitasking has a few inconvenient tales as it decreases performance, increases stress and produces poor memory.

And lastly, it was distractions. If you work with the computer do not distract yourself by surfing the Internet, if you do not need to disconnect the cable or the WIFI. Do not let other people distract you, if you are working or studying with people around you let them know that you do not want to be interrupted.

First of all, feel motivated. Believe in yourself, because you can get everything you set out for as hard as it is. Think of yourself and what you are going to get with it, where you want to go and what your goal is.
